Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $5,871,048.82 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $3,100,041.63 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at September 30, 2021.
